Temperature Sensor Error
  • Turn off and unplug the grill.
  • Let the unit cool down completely.
  • Check sensor wiring for damage or looseness.
  • Clean sensor area from grease buildup.
  • Restart after reconnecting.

Overheating Plate
  • Turn off immediately and unplug.
  • Allow grill to cool for 20–30 minutes.
  • Check ventilation around the unit.
  • Clean heating plate surface.

Fan Issue
  • Inspect internal fan for obstruction.
  • Remove grease or debris buildup.
  • Check fan rotation manually.
  • Replace fan if not spinning properly.

  • Ensure lid is fully closed.
