Temperature Sensor Error
- Turn off and unplug the grill.
- Let the unit cool down completely.
- Check sensor wiring for damage or looseness.
- Clean sensor area from grease buildup.
- Restart after reconnecting.

Overheating Plate
- Turn off immediately and unplug.
- Allow grill to cool for 20–30 minutes.
- Check ventilation around the unit.
- Clean heating plate surface.

Fan Issue
- Inspect internal fan for obstruction.
- Remove grease or debris buildup.
- Check fan rotation manually.
- Replace fan if not spinning properly.

Lid Sensor Error
- Ensure lid is fully closed.
- Clean lid sensor area.
- Check for misalignment or damage.
- Restart unit after adjustment.

Control Board Fault
- Power cycle the grill.
- Inspect for moisture or burn marks.
- Check internal wiring connections.
- Contact service if error persists.

Plate Heating Imbalance
- Turn off and let cool.
- Clean heating element surface.
- Check for uneven food placement.
- Inspect heating element condition.

Internal Fan Failure
- Check fan for blockage or grease buildup.
- Ensure fan wiring is connected properly.
- Test fan rotation manually.
- Replace fan if faulty.

Temperature Overshoot
- Turn off and unplug unit.
- Let grill cool completely.
- Check thermostat sensor accuracy.
- Ensure proper ventilation.
ADD FOOD
Preheat Complete
- Add food when prompted.
- Ensure grill is fully preheated.
- Do not overload cooking surface.
- Follow cooking instructions.
ERR FAN
Cooling Fan Malfunction
- Turn off grill immediately.
- Inspect cooling fan for blockage.
- Clean grease buildup.
- Replace fan if not operating.
ERR SENSOR
Temperature Sensor Failure
- Check sensor wiring connection.
- Clean surrounding area.
- Restart device after reset.
- Replace sensor if needed.
